TPEP Protocol for 2024-25

As part of this year's TPEP protocol, the following steps are required:

Student Growth Goal (SGG)

• Establish a Student Growth Goal (SGG) within a single unit of study.
• Your SGG must be aligned to a priority standard.
• Upload your draft SGG to eVal by October 15.
• Here is the folder of resources.

Observations

• We will conduct two observations within the unit:
  • One near the beginning of the unit.
  • One near the end of the unit.
• The focus of both observations will be on student growth in relation to your SGG.

Pre- and Post-Conferences

• Each observation will include a pre-conference and a post-conference to discuss progress.

Action Needed

• Upload your draft SGG by October 15.
• Provide two possible date ranges for your unit of study, so we can schedule the observations.
