Family Newsletter Highlights

As part of our ongoing effort to keep families engaged and informed about our students' progress, we would like each grade level team to contribute a short blurb for our monthly family newsletter. The goal is to highlight some of the exciting learning and activities happening in your classrooms.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A Brief Overview: Share a snapshot of what students have been working on recently. This doesn’t need to cover every subject, but should offer a glimpse into their learning journey.
• Paint a Picture: Use descriptive language to help families visualize what’s been happening in the classroom. For example, you might describe a hands-on science experiment, a creative project, or an engaging class discussion.
• Include Photos: If possible, attach a few pictures that illustrate the activities or projects you’re describing. This will help bring your blurb to life and make it more engaging for families.

Please send your blurbs and photos to Shelby by the last Friday of each month, so we have time to compile and format the newsletter before it goes out at the beginning of the next month.
