Students that bring cold lunch: Please remember to get your lunch boxes from the cafeteria. They are not to be left in the cafeteria!
Students may purchase a la cart items at lunch. You must have money in your account. No charging will be allowed on a la cart items. Please remember no lunch money will be accepted in the lunch line. Lunch money must be turned into the office before 10:30 a.m.
8th grade Silverwood trip is Friday, June 7 from 9:30 until 6:30. The fee is $15 and needs to be turned in to the office by June 6 with permission form. Promotion ceremony is Tuesday, June 11 at 6:00 p.m. with dance following.
Volleyball Camp is being offered for grades two through eight June 12, 13 and 14 from 3:00 until 5:00 at the high school main gym for $20. Permission forms are in the office.
Lady Cardinal Basketball Camp is for grades 2 through 7 June 3 to June 6 from 3:00 until 5:00 at the high school gym. Cost is $35 and permission form is in the office.
Wrestling camp starts May 28 and continues until June 6 with practice on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. It is free and is for grades five through eight.
Permission forms for the Lady Cardinal Basketball Summer Tournaments are in the office and are due by June 5. It is for entering grades 9 through 12.
Boys Cardinal Basketball Camp is for boys in grades 2 through 7 starting June 3 and run through June 6 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 p.m. at the high school gym. The fee is $35 and the permission forms are in the office.
Yearbooks will be handed out the final week of school in June. Don't wait to pre-order yours. You can pay just $25 in the office. Supplies are limited, so order yours now.
Future Cardinal Football Camp for grades three through eight is May 31 from 3:30 until 5:00 at the high school . The fee is $15 and permission form is in the office.
Football camp for eighth graders is May 28 through June 13 at the high school. The fee is $30. Permission forms must be turned in this week. There will be a shuttle from the middle school to the high school, but there will be no activity buses after practice.
Check out the display case by the office for Cougar Swag: sweatshirts ($13), sweatpants ($10), long sleeve t-shirt ($10), short sleeve t-shirt ($7), socks ($5), water bottle ($5), backpack ($3), bracelet ($1) and pencils ($.50).
Remember all students that participate in clubs or activities must pay the $15 ASB fee.
Attention all bicycle riders: this is a reminder to walk your bike off of campus. We would also like you to walk it to Lake Street rather than walking through the congestion of students waiting for buses.
Remember students: no backpacks, bags or purses are allowed in the classroom. You must store all items in your locker.
Attention Students: Students are not allowed to be in the hallways at lunch time. You must bring your coats and anything else you need for that time. Lunch boxes are to be left in the cafeteria. You will not be allowed to go to your locker. Students observed in the hallways during lunch without permission will be issued a lunch detention. Please see Mr. Cruger, Mrs. Campbell or Mr. Koch during lunch if you need to leave the cafeteria.
Student drop off is in front of the building. Students are NOT to be dropped off in the bus loop. It is for buses only.
Students are not to ride skateboards, long boards or scooters to school. They are not allowed on school campus.
Students please remember you are not allowed in the building before 7:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 on Friday because there is no adult supervision. The doors will be locked and you will have to wait outside until then.
If you are tardy 3 or more times, there will be consequences. Consequences for multiple tardies (3 or more) may include a letter home, lunch detention or after school detention.
