Gale Database and other Research websites-**6th Grade Invention Project!
A few things to remember when conducting research…Google and the internet can’t always be trusted! Use trusted sites, and remember Google is a search engine, not a source.
When you write a research paper, your teachers will want a list of the resources you used to write your paper. This list is often called a bibliography or a works cited page. Sources could include books, professional journals, newspapers, magazines, and trusted websites.
The database below is available in each school in the district. Everything from ebooks to information about health and wellness.
Click on the GALE image, and it will take you to all of the resource links. Click on the Gale in Context Middle School for a basic search for research. Once you find an article, you can automatically save it to your own Google Drive. Make sure you title your article so you can find it later!
